Petition to defer lane reduction on Park Boulevard pending approval by local residents

Petition to the City of Oakland: This petition is for deferral of the proposed lane reduction and addition of traffic lights and traffic circles to that part of Park Boulevard from I-580 to Highway 13 until the plan is approved by a vote of the local residents. The planned changes would negatively impact commuting time and nearby businesses, by example, the long backups when the Park bridge over Hwy 13 was reduced to one lane each way.
